From the couple:
Our venue didn’t necessarily match our exact style but it was so beautiful we couldn’t resist having our wedding there. Our goal was to ensure that our wedding was modern, romantic and fun! We didn’t go with a lot of the traditions that most couples follow for their wedding day, we just went with what we felt was right as we wanted the focus to be more on our guests having a great time.
Florals:
We used all white floral with a touch of greenery for a modern look. The floral style really enhanced the beauty of the décor and helped to create a more romantic look and feel.
Reception:
Our reception was hands down our favorite part of the wedding because we knew our friends would not be shy on the dance floor. We had so much fun just watching everyone have a good time. The music was perfect!
Style:
We’re both very particular about our style and we knew we both wanted to feel our best. My bridal gown is a custom gown made by designers Ryan and Walter out of Beverly Hills. I knew I wanted my gown to be long sleeve and so they created a long sleeve bodice using the most beautiful shimmery waffle like material along with an all white classic bottom.
My suit is custom made by Eison Triple Thread out of San Francisco, with so many patterns and colors to choose from, in the end I decided to go with black because its just so classic but at the same time I didn’t want it to look just like any other black suit you see everywhere so we added a silk like lapel and the material and fit was just perfect.
How We Met:
We met almost three years ago at a sports bar the day after Thanksgiving. We instantly had a connection and fast forward we also got engaged in that same sports bar with all of our friends and family who came to show their love and support. I think our first look was such a special moment. We got to have a special moment with just the two of us right before the ceremony. We both cried and it helped to get out some of that nervousness before you walk down the aisle.
