Wedding Theme & Styles:
Our theme for our wedding day was “under the starry night. Mark wore modern rich blue suit, while Tina wore a Waters A-line gown with English net lace and a beaded ivory bodice. The bridesmaids wore full length steel blue gowns while our sole groomsman wore a tailored slim grey suit.
Wedding Florals:
The flowers were a neutral palette with blues and blush colors. Blue hydrangeas were prominent for table displays while boutonnière and bouquets features roses. The venue was perfect for our day because of the beautiful outdoor space and the open and airy indoor area for the reception and dancing as well.
Wedding Ceremony & Reception:
The decorations pulled our star theme into the reception hall with paper lantern stars hung from the twenty foot ceiling and stars in the table flowers.
Our processional music was a cover music of Cold Play’s “Yellow” while the recessional was “Sign Sealed and Delivered” by Stevie Wonder. We chose the Saratoga Foothill Club for its architectural charm and smaller size. The garden aesthetic was perfect for our day. Our first dance was well practiced beforehand (!) to song “I Found You” by Alabama Shakes.
A Love Poem For The Happy Couple:
