Gina and Joseph’s Northern California rustic meets elegant chic hotel wedding. It was a day of romance, heritage, love, family and friends. Our couple had a church wedding at the Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church. Then, their reception at the San Ramon Marriott Bishop Ranch Hotel. You can see how gorgeous it was in the San Ramon Marriot wedding photos by Apollo Fotografie. Apollo Fotografie not only captured each sweet moment of their special day via photography, but also videography. They brought joy and delight to the wedding guests with their photo booth!
Venue:
The ceremony was held inside the sanctuary of the Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church that featured a stained-glass window. Two gorgeous large floral arrangements that were placed on the stage in which the ceremony was held. It showcased white hydrangeas and blushing pink roses.
Ceremony:
Gina walked down the aisle to song “I Get to Love You” by Ruelle. This drew tears of joy from Joe. The vows were unique, meaningful and sweet. Gina’s bouquet was mixture of orange coral colored standard roses, red sweetheart and spray roses. Also, red hypericum berries, burnt orange calla lilies with greenery. An added touch to Gina’s romantic and delicate lace gown was a sheer fascinator. It adorned her hair and framed her beautiful face. The bridesmaids wore bright orange coral dresses. They carried bouquets that were similar to Gina’s bouquet.
Style:
Gina and Joe wanted to make the wedding as intimate and personal as possible with 142 guests, while making the ceremony and reception represent their love for family and heritage. They also wanted to bring very chic elements to their reception by highlighting a lot of glitz and glam on the guest tables and the stage in which Gina and Joe spent part of the evening on. Gina and Joe wanted to throw a super fun party for their guests and were able to achieve that for the night with a relaxed and vibrant party atmosphere featuring the international singer Fadi Hanani and his band. For some of the personal touches the couple relied on Fadi Hanani and his band to play some their favorite songs for the reception and then he sang for their first dance. He then DJ’s the wedding for an over the top dance party!
Reception:
Gina and Joe’s grand entrance to the reception started with the Zaffeh, in which their families started singing to each other, praising the marriage and their new kinship to each other. The reception venue at the San Ramon Marriott Bishop Ranch there were different vignettes with modern lounge furniture on both sides of the Bishop Ranch Ballroom to create vignettes, lot of white lounge furniture to accent the room. The focal point of the room was a stage was that had a white backdrop which featured pops of florals dripping in white hydrangeas and pink and blush roses.
Gina and Joe sat on a traditional couch on the stage surrounded by white, blush and pink rose petals where they received best wishes and gifts from their guests. The guest tables featured neutral tones of beige, cream, blush and pink with upright floral arrangements featuring white hydrangeas, pink and blush roses and orchids. Traditional guest favors were Jordan almonds in small white boxes with a white ribbon tied around it.
