From the couple:
We loved the fact that the Brazil room was surrounded by beautiful woods. We also loved that the ceremony area is outside. This allowed us to have nature as the backdrop. This gave our wedding a rustic, nature-inspired flavor. This complemented our ceremony ritual, which was jumping over an oak branch.
That and our floral arrangements. This included succulents and air plants. We also injected a DIY spirit into our wedding by creating our own Polaroid photo station and photo board. Jenna wanted something very classic and chose an ivory dress without any lace. I (Kun) complemented her dress with a navy blue tuxedo.
How we met:
Jenna was actually one of the first people I met when I came to San Francisco. I was supposed to be picked up by our mutual family friend Auntie Jenny, who brought Jenna along “to help out”. Auntie Jenny treated both Jenna and me like family and invited us to many of her family gatherings, through which we got to know each other. Jenna and I talked about getting married about a year after we started dating.
