Laura and Jack had been referred to us from another wonderful couple, Alison and Clark. We photographed Alison’s wedding last year at the Century Country Club of California in San Francisco. After the wedding, Alison showed off her beautiful wedding photos to one of her co-workers, Laura. And… Voila — here we are almost one year later photograhing Laura and Jack’s engagement session in some of the most lustrious parts of San Francisco.
For their shoot, they wanted to reveal their romance through playfullness while incorporating some of San Francisco’s most iconic locations. We met each other at the Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park, then headed to have a picnic in Alamo Square, and finally ended up near the Ferry Building in downtown San Francisco. We would consider these photographs to have a blend of photojournalistic and contemporary qualities.
Congratulations again on your engagement! We are so stoked to be working with a friend of Alison, and also such a wonderful and vibrant couple! See you at the Bernadus Lodge in Carmel, CA to photograph your wedding in August!
